Terms of Service

Welcome to Vetmonk. By using our veterinary clinic management platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Vetmonk provides a cloud-based platform for veterinary clinics - patient records, consultations, prescriptions, inventory, billing, and team management. The features available depend on your subscription plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to use the data you upload (e.g. patient records) under applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use Vetmonk for anything illegal or to harm animals or people
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you choose. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into Vetmonk. We act as a processor on your behalf. You can export your data anytime. If you cancel, we'll retain your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless legally required to retain it.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll notify you in advance of planned maintenance whenever possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Vetmonkis provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account anytime.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app banner with reasonable advance notice.
