Terms for using Vetmonk

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vetmonk, a veterinary clinic management platform provided by Brunoworks ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to represent a veterinary clinic or business and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or misuse.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use Vetmonk only for lawful clinic operations.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt service, or access data you do not own.
• Respect patient privacy and applicable data protection laws.

Subscriptions and billing

Pricing, subscriptions, and billing terms are provided during checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of clinic data you input into Vetmonk. You grant us the right to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

Third-party services

Vetmonk may integrate with third-party tools (such as messaging or payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services and their terms or policies apply to your use of those services.

Service availability and changes

We strive to keep Vetmonk available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or security concerns.

Disclaimer

Vetmonk is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brunoworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vetmonk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
